Vetting

• Vetting will be done during school training hours.

• HQ AFIs will come down to respective schools personally to do the vetting between July to September. Vetting is not to check on the standard of the performance but rather, it's to look into the compliance of Rules and Regulations.

• The performance does not have to be complete, but HQ officers will be looking into the overall idea of the performance. If there are changes to the performance, HQ AFIs would have to be informed. Another vetting might be done prior to that.

• HQ officers will not provide any advice / aid on the performance.

Familiarisation

• Each school is given 30 minutes to check the area of the space before the actual competition. Every school is entitled for a minimum of 1 slot. Allocation of timing will be done by HQ.

• Parade square will be booked for the first 3 Saturdays in the month of October.

• When the cadets arrive, they need to march via the road to the drill shed to avoid other schools from looking at practices.
