Hello cadets!

The next CCA session will be on 31 March (Wed).
Cadets are to fall in outside the Drama room by 2.45 p.m.
This is to prepare students for the upcoming NCDCC Observance Ceremony on 12 April and GOH duty for Speech and Prizegiving Day on 10 April. Attendance is compulsory.
Cadets are allowed to keep their clean uniform and to label the bottom part of their boots before putting them inside a brown cupboard in the Store Room on Tue (2.15 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.) and after CCA on Wed. The Store Room will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on Wednesday for cadets to put their bags and belongings.

Sec 2 NCOs and CCA Leader volunteered to train the Year 1 cadets in footdrill (bronze) on 9 and 16 April 2010 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the parade ground. Consent forms will be issued. If the Sec 1 cadets do not turn up, we will make them attend extra CCA sessions after mid-year examination.

CCA stand-down for the Sec 4 cadets is on 31 March but they still need to participate in NCDCC Observance Ceremony. The new SNCOs (Rachel, Laurel and Nurhanis) will be the new Sec 1 level SNCOs. CLT Asyura, NCOs and Sec 2 SNCOs can help any level when the teachers-in-charge are short handed. The teachers-in-charge will now take action against cadets with irregular attendance. Capt Lim will confiscate school bags, handphones and wallets e.g. from Givion Tan while Ma'am Chang will call up the parents of Year 2 cadets such as Taryn Wong and Claire Tan. Soon it will be the Sec 1 cadets' turn to experience this.

Felicia Ong, Elizabeth Houghton, Rasyidah, PK and Yvette Han participated in the Ultimate Frisbee Challenge. Due to the change in time, Putri and Nurhanis from Sec 107 could not attend. However, Capt Lim was surprised that Shahira (201) and 3 Sec 101 cadets were absent. This has repercussion on Year 1 cadets' attendance. For the upcoming Sec 1 Adventure Challenge, Putri, Nurhanis, Aqila, Qamarina, Norlinnah will have to meet Capt Lim in school on 3 April at 7.30 a.m. and be accompanied by two volunteers, NCOs Yvette and Cordell Lim until 4 p.m. 2-way transport: 7-seater taxi.

Capt Lim will have to get all the email addresses and update handphone numbers from all cadets so that she can forward emails from HQ or external organisation to inform cadets of the latest news.

Capt Lim with the help of Ms Ng and some cadets will do filing during the March holiday. Filing of documents will be done at the end of every term. The metal cupboard outside has been shifted to the NCDCC Store Room. Perhaps it's time to consider getting a manequinn (if it's necessary), 2 stretchers and some first aid items or boxes. Once the store room is ready, cadets may be able to keep their belt, cap, beret there. Boots can be misplaced unless they are labelled.

East Spring SS will be the venue for the Ultimate Frisbee Challenge. Time: 8 to 11 a.m. The participating schools are St Hilda's, St Pat's, East View, East Spring, Northlight and KC. There should be 5 team members and 2 reserves. KC and St Pat's will combine to have 2 teams of 2M, 3F and 2F, 3M cadets. Only cadets who registered with Capt Lim will participate in Ultimate Frisbee Challenge on a first-come-first-served basis.
