Emergency Preparedness Day 2009

The date has been changed to 5 Dec 2009.

Target: 20 cadets from KC and CCSS

Time to report to Sgt Akbar: 9 a.m. Dismissal time: 11.30 a.m.

Venue: Simei MRT Station

Attire: No. 4 uniform and jockey cap

Transport and meals are not provided.

Volunteers: Laurel, Yundi, Nisa, Siti Sara, Irinie, Yvette, Cordell and Rachel.

UNIT CAMP 2009 (30 Nov to 2 Dec)

Please assemble in school in blue NCDCC t-shirt and long track pants at 7.30 a.m. on 30 Nov. You will be dismissed from Changkat Changi SS on 2 Dec before noon.

SGTs Karthi and Syahindah, please meet Capt Lim in school at 7.45 a.m. and follow her to HTA to collect food ration. [Volunteer: Elizabeth]. The rest of the SNCOs are to meet in CCSS at 6.30 a.m.

Capt Lim will bring all the badges and epaulettes while Ma'am Chang will bring the printed camp booklets, 20 mesh tins, 10 stoves, firelighter and solid fuel to CCSS. A bus had been booked to transport cadets to CCSS at 0730 and another van to go to HTA at 0800 and then from there to CCSS at 0900.

All 4 teachers will take turns to stay overnight at CCSS. Please get permission to purchase any materials or prizes for games due to budget constraints. Receipts are to be given to Capt Lim by 2 Dec.

Announcements

1. Homefront Security Ambassador Animation Competition: 1st prize in the Community Engagement category


Congratulations to Umme Laila, Irinie, Xuemei and Yvette!

2. All SANA participants are to report to school on Monday, 9 November by 7.30 a.m. in No. 4 uniform and jockey cap. Those who are absent, you have to attend SANA course in 2010.

3. All NYAA participants are to attend a meeting organised by Mr Alex Lim on 25 November from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. to update your small and big NYAA booklets. Please get Capt Lim to sign on the booklets when it comes to NCDCC related activities.

4. Participants for Urban Adventure Challenge must collect t-shirt from Ms Chang on Friday, 6 November.

5. Elizabeth and Felicia must return CERT Youth Recruitment Camp registration forms to Marine Parade CC by 20 Nov 2009. Capt Lim will pay $20 x 2 = $40 to Pearlene as the deposit can be refunded after the Camp.
