Best Camper Awards
Congratulations to Ms Norazian who was given the Best Camper Award due to her attending a 3-week training course organised by NCDCC HQ in November 2010.
Also, congrats to Norlinnah (Sec 107) who was awarded the Best Camper Award at the Combined Unit Camp in December 2010.
Ms Wong will be our new NCDCC teacher-in-charge w.e.f. January 2011. Capt Lim would like to express her gratitude to Ms Chang Jia Yin for her two and a half years of selfless and invaluable service.
CCA booth will be set up on 6th January afternoon. Student leaders and volunteers, please meet the teachers in-charge on 6th January after school at 2.30 p.m. at the foyer. New Rota Commander, LTA Kelvin Tan has been informed to bring a fire wok and 5 carbon dioxide fire extinguishers on 7th January before 3 p.m. Sec 1 students will visit CCA booths between 3 to 5 p.m. In the evening, there will be a combined UG campfire organised by Mrs Teo and her GG. All cadets will be informed to be present until 9.30 p.m. with the exception of Yvette, Tifflin, Irinie and Hasna who will be participating in the NPCC NCDCC Parade on 8 Jan 2011. Capt Lim has planned the 30-week training programme which was emailed to HQ officers, TOs, CLT Asyura and cadets. The first CCA session will be held on Saturday, 15 January, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Attire: half u in school, full u for visits and HQ courses with the exception of kayaking courses. If you are interested to sign up for kayaking courses, please inform Capt Lim. It will be on a first-come-first-served basis. The rest of the courses are compulsory if you have been nominated. It will be difficult for Capt Lim to explain your absence(s) to HQ.
