(2) URBAN ADVENTURE CD SKILL COMPETITION ON 6 NOV FROM 7.45 A.M. TO 6.20 P.M.

(6) NCDCC WORKPLAN ON NOV 13 @ HTA
Participant: OC Unit.

(7) UNIT CAMP FROM NOV 30 TO DEC 2 (TUE TO THU) @ CCSS
Participants: Year 1 cadets. Organisers and student helpers: selected Year 2 & 3 cadets. One-way transport will be provided. Please assemble in school by 7.30 a.m.

(8) SABAH OBS FROM 13 TO 22 DEC
Participants: Felicia Ong (303) and Taryn Wong (303).

For your information,
1. Year 3 cadets, please start preparing for camp programme, kit list and Sec 1 CCA Fair / orientation. The CCA board needs to be updated by end of October.

2. Capt Lim is thinking of arranging for Ultimate Frisbee training sessions or swimming lessons for NCDCC cadets in 2011. A vendor has been contacted and given a quotation. Cadets only need to pay 50% of the costs of the female instructor's fees.

3. Students will not be allowed to study during CCA time.

4. Year 3 cadets and student leaders will be deployed to conduct training or to do admin work during CCA sessions. Only two cadets will receive the Unit Best Cadet and Pinnacle Badge each year. One or two SNCOs will be nominated to be WOs in 2011. Criteria: good conduct, remarkable contribution and dedicated service. Only deserving cadets will be nominated for EAGLES / Colours Award (Team or Individual) / Outstanding Contribution to CCA Award.

5. Parents of absent cadets will be notified since we are getting more helpers.

6. The change of CCA day to Saturday in 2011 has been approved by the Principal.
Venue: Music Room and foyer.
Attire: half u with blue CCA t-shirt
Time: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for Sec 1 to 5 cadets including SNCOs
Time: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for non-SNCOs who have completed the syllabus
CLTs Nadira and Asyura will be able to help us on Saturdays as and when.

7. Year 3 cadets who signed up for NYAA (Silver), please complete your tasks / project by end of October. Capt Lim will not do the chasing because cadets must be responsible and take the initiative to return the NYAA booklets ASAP.

8. Make up ATC during the Nov hol - Mallika, please see Ma'am Chang.
