12 CPLs were promoted to SGTs and 4 LCPs were promoted to CPLs in Sep 2009.

2 CPLs were promoted to SGTs and 1 SGT was promoted to SSG in Nov 2009.

11 Year 1 cadets were promoted to LCPs on 5 Nov 2009.

In Jan 2010, 4 more CPLs will be promoted to SGTs and 4 SNCOs will be promoted to SSGs. Congratulations!

Most of the Year 1 cadets passed Campcraft Practical Assessment and Footdrill (Bronze) Assessment. Campcraft Theory Assessment will be conducted on 16 Sep. It consists of 10 MCQs.

19 Sep: CCA stand down for Sec 1 to 3 cadets

Nov 30 to 2 Dec: Unit Camp @ CCSS
There will be leadership training for Year 2 cadets and first aid assessments for Year 1 cadets dueing the camp.

5 Dec: Emergency Preparedness Day 2009
Since there were too many activites for Year 2 cadets in 2009, the Emergency Preparedness Day will be for Year 1 cadets. The target is 20 h of Community Engagement per year from next year onwards for all Sec 2 to 4 cadets.
